УСТАНАВЛИВАЕТ
Правила и условия использования иными лицами информационных публикаций, аналитических материалов и интервью, фотографий, видеоматериалов, инфографики, размещенных на интернет сайте (сайтах) OOO "CT"/ooost-1.narod.ru и его партнёров с.саркисян/ssarkisyans.narod.ru, армбейсбол/baseballarm.narod.ru, армфлорбол/floorballarm.narod.ru и др.
использование материалов, размещенных на сайте, допускается только с письменного разрешения веб-руководства компании "ooost-1.narod.ru" (далее – Kомпания)
использование материалов означает: их частичную или полную публикацию в печатном или цифровом формате, распространение, демонстрацию, выпуск в эфир или иные возможные варианты использования, предусмотренные законами Pоссийской Федерации использование публикаций без письменного разрешения допускается на личных страницах пользователей социальных сетей с условием соответствия требованиям 4-го пункта данного Порядка
пользователи социальных сетей (facebook.com, twitter.com, flickr.com, odnoklassniki.ru, vk.com, linkedin.com, plus.google.com и других) имеют право публиковать материалы Kомпании на своих личных страницах только размещая гиперссылку на соответствующий сайт
использование публикаций распространяющими информацию средствами без заранее полученного письменного разрешения запрещается
в случае нарушения требований, указанных в Порядке, средство массовой информации или лицо, нарушившее требования данного Порядка, будет привлечено к ответственности в соответствии с законодательством Pоссийской Федерации.

Regulations on the use of media products published on the NEWS.AM website (hereafter referred to as “Regulations”)
OOO "ST" website is company (hereafter referred to as “Company”) acting as a legal entity practicing about sport, medecine and leisure, freely following the principles of equality, legality, freedom of speech (and expression), and pluralism, based on the right of people to receive information accurately and from appropriate media, under the importance attached to the issues emerged during the operation mass of the sport, medecine and leisure as a consequence of plagiarism, willing to protected media publications from other persons’ illegal actions, willing to secure the establishment of media field and protection of media publications, willing to promote the development the sport, medecine and leisure.

Terms and Conditions of Use of media publications, analytical materials, interviews, photos, videos, infographics, and any content located on LTD "ST" website(s) ooost-1.narod.ru, (hereafter referred to as “Website”) and his partners s.sarkissian/ssarkisyans.narod.ru, armbaseball/baseballarm.narod.ru, armfloorball/floorballarm.narod.ru and other.
The use of media content located on the Website is permitted only by written consent of ooost-1.narod.ru company (hereafter referred to as “Company”).
The use of media content includes partial or full republication of media product in print or digital format, dissemination, demonstration, broadcasting and other statutory methods.
The use of media content located on the Website without written consent is permitted on the personal pages of social networks’ users in concordance with the terms specified in Clasue 4 of the present Regulations.
Private users of social networks (facebook.com, twitter.com, flickr.com, odnoklassniki.ru, vk.com, linkedin.com, plus.google.com and similar social websites), who distribute media content published on the Website of the Agency, are required to distribute it with an active link to the appropriate Website of the Company.
The use of media publications located on the Website of the Agency by mass media outlets without written consent obtained ahead, is prohibited.
In case of violation of the requirements included in the Regulations, the media outlet or the person who violated the requirements of present Regulations will be prosecuted to full extend of the law of the Russian Federation.
